Witchbrook is announced for Windows PC, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PS5 on January 28, 2027. The official fact sheet, MonsterVine's independent report and the linked store pages support the platform list. It is not a Switch exclusive.

Not on the official list
No native Mac or Linux release is announced: Steam's platform flags are Windows true, Mac false and Linux false. The fact sheet lists no browser version either. These are release-platform statements, not compatibility tests; no playable copy is embedded here.
PS4 is a disagreement. The fact sheet, the press wire, the PlayStation concept page and the Chucklefish Wikipedia platform table leave PS4 off. Eurogamer.es wrote that the announcement also covers PS5 and PS4. I am keeping both statements. I am not adding a PS4 date.
Phones are also unsettled. No official store lists Android or iOS. TapTap has a page titled as an official reservation for 巫奇魔法学院 Witchbrook, tagged Android, iOS and Steam, with Chucklefish Limited as the maker and yuruoqiu as the supplier. The developer note on that page says the launch is Steam and consoles, and it does not give a mobile price or a mobile release method. I do not treat January 28, 2027 as a phone launch date. Crossplay, only where a store says so
Single-source store information: Xbox lists cross-platform multiplayer and co-op alongside PC, Xbox One and Series X|S. It does not name Steam in that compatibility claim. No second independent source reviewed defines the exact Xbox-to-PC edition matrix, or whether PS5 and Switch can join it. Xbox cloud saves and Steam Cloud are not by themselves evidence of saves transferring between storefronts. See the co-op page for the source limits and online membership notes.

Is Witchbrook a Switch exclusive?
No. The fact sheet and the October 2026 announcement put PC, Switch, Switch 2, Xbox and PS5 on the same day.
Is Witchbrook on Mac?
No native Mac version is announced. Steam lists Windows only, and the official platform table does not include Mac. This does not establish whether unofficial compatibility tools might work.
Is there a PS4 version?
The official list, the PlayStation store page and Wikipedia do not include PS4. Eurogamer.es wrote PS4 in its October 28, 2026 story. That disagreement is unresolved.
